The possibilities of spatial development of the regions are considered in terms of creating the steady growth strategy using the tools of economics of quality. The development conditions of Russian regions, features of modernization and perspectives of steady economic growth, along with the influence of economics of quality in its various aspects on the management processes at different levels of communities are analyzed.
