The issue concerning the technology of implementation of a scientific knowledge about the natural resources of Karelia into the integrated information space of the KRC RAS with the use of the GIS and Internet technologies for the effective usage of corresponding information (for the convenience of tourism in Karelia as well) is examined in the article.
