The natural geological objects of Karelia are the sites for the active tourism. The history of colonization of the Karelian territory repulses the stages of the natural resources developing of Karelia. This is a history of opening up the water, forest, and mineral resources. This is a history of interrelation between the nature and the man. The aim of the proposed project is elaboration of the routes for the historicalgeological tourism directed to desire for participation in searching works to examine the history of the rock-ore mines of Karelia and professional acquaintance of students of natural and historical specialties with landscapes, relief and the minerals of Karelia.
