4th International Conference "Choosing the Way: Joint Responsibility of the Youth and the Adult. Promoting the Potential of Mentorship" will be held in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia, Russia on November 29-30, 2011.

Objective of the Conference:
To promote the potential of creative collaboration between the youth and their mentors, and to find new content and new forms of its implementation.
Young people and their mentors with good experience of interactions in the personal, professional and public life are invited to participate.

Expected Results of the Conference:
The Conference shall be arranged as a creativity lab, where solutions can be found through coordination of theoretical and practical aspects of cooperation between the youth and their mentors so as to promote conscious choice of the path in life, help build a life success scenario, and better reveal a person's creative potential.

The principal result of the Conference will be presentation and generalization of the experience of organizing efficient interactions in the system of social education of the youth.

The plenary session shall give the floor to presentation of the follow-up results of joint activities, interesting projects and initiatives stemming from the 2010 Conference "Harmony of the North: Man and Nature. Youth View".

The Conference participants will be given the chance to present their experience both in person and online, using modern means of communication.

Proceeding of the Conference will be produced in the electronic form. If interested, the participants can contribute as co-authors to the journal "Mentors' Wise Book".

Participants are required to register electronically at the AWARD Programme website before November 20, 2011.
